Hola Night Owls & Early Birds
Thanks Mike for the Father Ted videos. They were great.
I hope everyone has had a good day. Mine was ultra windy and allergy laden. I was not a happy camper. I feel like a bubble boy sometimes.
My mom give me an interesting idea. ( Well if you know her–she gives thousands of ideas. 😀)
But this idea was around setting up storylines for the spiders. As I planned out this next week’s assortment, I paired up cartoons with the same basic storyline idea. It may not be totally apparent upon first reading. Like yesterday’s cartoon and today’s is like the beginning and ending of a story.
I was talking to my dad this morning and he told me about a cartoon he read growing up in Argentina named “Mafalda.” It was written and drawn by the Argentine cartoonist Quino. According to Wikipedia it ran from 1964 to 1973. I’m going to see if I can get some online to read. Looks awesome. Thanks dad!
I hope everyone has a great weekend.
Until mañana . . .
Enjoy!

(And giant palmettos, Nancy, otherwise known as the “Florida woods cockroach.” Yeesh!)
P.S.
“No rulers were harmed during the making of this cartoon.”
“Let’s still be careful out there.”
