I hope everyone had a within-the-speed-limit day — cuz it’s the law!
Tonight’s Essential Cartoon brings out the canine side of me and officially starts Dog Week! Woof!
My friend Denise cracked me up with an email reply, saying that she is “owned by 6 cats and a dog.” Emphasis on the word “owned,” right Denise?
And in another response to last night’s cartoon, my friend Miriam shared a great joke. She said her cat shed so much that Miriam built a shed out of her hair — a 2-car shed. Nice!
And Ed helped me out, offering a suggestion for my “Unattended” punchline. He suggested “Unoccupied,” which I think is a stronger choice than mine. Thanks Ed!
Looking back at the cat collection, I can see the slow improvement with each day’s cat drawing. That’s really cool.
