Tonight’s Essential Cartoon looks at the subject of mind-reading, especially when with a close companion.
A belated thank you very much to Donna for the cartoon book by Christian Dreyer, a Salinas local. I actually met him once when he came to deliver one of his handmade New Year’s cards to my housemate, Mike. I didn’t get to ask him any questions — what with the masks and 6-feet between us, it was hard to strike up a conversation. He’s an amazing, very precise artist.
I’ve given myself a vacation this week. Which means, I won’t be living the house until my room is clean.
