I hope everyone’s day was “All that and a bag of chips!”
Tonight’s Essential Cartoon takes us back to the doctor’s office, a place some of us have to be dragged kicking and screaming, me included. My job often takes into the medical world, like today for instance, and I’ve met some cool docs, and some robot docs. I often wonder about these robot docs, and how aloof they appear, or even cold. But then I remember they’ve got a tough job, and they weren’t hired to be stand-up comedians, right? Although, a smile and a “Hey, I’m on your side” does go a long way. Especially if the patient is anxious. And making eye contact does wonders.
But, anyway, thanks to all the docs out there. You’ve got an extremely difficult job and we love ya for it. Especially nowadays.
